Where are Solovair boots and shoes manufactured?
All Solovair footwear is handcrafted at our NPS Shoes factory in Wollaston, Northamptonshire, England, using traditional Goodyear welted construction methods since 1881.
How do I find the correct size for my feet?
Our footwear is built on various 'lasts' which can affect the fit. We recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide on each product page and measuring your foot from heel to toe for the most accurate match.
What is the difference between Solovair and other air-cushioned brands?
Solovair (Sole-of-Air) features our original air-cushioned sole technology. Unlike many competitors, we continue to manufacture in England, ensuring premium leather quality and the ability to resole your boots.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are in unworn, original condition with all packaging intact. Please ensure you try your footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.
Can Solovair boots be resoled?
Yes. Because our footwear is Goodyear welted, the soles can be replaced by a skilled cobbler or through our official refurbishment service, significantly extending the life of your boots.
