At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. If your boots or shoes are not the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in unworn, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in its original condition, unworn outdoors, and packed in the original branded shoe box with all tags attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items in an outer mailing bag to protect the shoe box, then print and attach the provided return shipping label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our UK factory, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
